The audio of Allu Arjun starring Varudu, directed by Gunasekhar and produced by D.V.V. Danayya under the banner of Universal Media, was released at Rama Naidu Studios, Hyderabad. S.S. Rajamouli unveiled the audio CD and presented the first number to Allu Arvind. Shyamprasad Reddy released the audio cassette and gave it to Suresh Babu.

The audio is distributed by Aditya Music.

Lyricist Veturi Sundara Ramamurthy received a grand felicitation on this occasion. The event was attended by Allu Arjun, Gunasehar, S.S. Rajamouli, D. Suresh Babu, Mani Sharma, D.V.V. Danayya, Veturi Sundara Ramamurthy, Ashok, Venu Madhav, Anitha Chowdary, Syamprasad Reddy, Allu Arvind, B. Gopal, K.S. Rama Rao, Dil Raju, M.L. Kumar Chowdary and others.
