Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K Chandrasekhar Rao called to boycott Rachchabanda in Telangana region. Congress leader and former minister Damodar Reddy too opposed the Rachchabanda programme and threatened to boycott it.

The state government is going to spend Rs 2,500 crore on Rachchabanda programme which is scheduled to kick start on 24th of this month.

Will the rachchabanda programme bring the dark days back? Former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh late YS Rajasekhara Reddy killed in helicopter mishap on his way to launch rachchabanda programmet in Anupapalle village in Chittoor district.
