The fervor of Endhiran is yet not over for the die hard Rajinikanth fans while the actor has already declared that he is looking forward to his next flick on the block that will cast him in the leading role.

For Rajinikanth, Endhiran was a grand come back flick which cut him through his three year absence from the face of cinema and re-launched him to the prime spot with the required intensity as that of a mega star he always was.

Now post the Endhiran success, Rajinikanth has a whole new array of prospects lined up to him. According to insider sources Rajini’s next flick is with K S Ravikumar, the director and producer with whom Rajini already has a good working experience when the two were together for block busters like Muthu and Padayappa, two commercially productive flicks.

Even though nothing is officially certain as for now however the negotiations are still on and if every thing goes well then the world will get to see the next Rajini flick with a similar effect of Padayappa combo that will set the box office on fire.

K S Ravikumar is greatly credited for his flick Padayappa which was in Tamil and was released in 1999. Apart from Rajinikanth the film had other stars like Soundarya, Ramya Krishnan, Sivaji Ganesan, Manivannan, Radha Ravi, Nassar, Senthil, Ramesh Khanna, Abbas, Preetha Vijaykumar, and Lakshmi.

The most notable factor that connects this film to Rajini is that Padayappa was the 150th flick of the actor and had done so immensely well at the box office that the actor got immediate leverage with it.
