Hansika Motwani is likely to replaced Mallika Sherawat in the sequel to the Hindi movie Murder.

Murder,a thriller movie which had Mallika Sherawat in a sizzling role alongside Emraan Hashmi, was a blockbuster hit, directed by Anurag Basu and written by Mahesh Bhatt.

Now, it is learnt that Hansika, who made her debut as heroine from a child artiste in the Bollywood movie opposite Himesh Rashmiyya in the movie Aap Ka Suroor, is going to romance Emraan Hasmi in Murder 2. and she also did another attempt in Hindi with Money Hai Toh Honey Hai, but which failed in the box office.

Hansika Motwani has been part of Kannada and Telugu industry with movies like Desamuduru, Seetharamula Kalyanam, Kantri and Maska in Telugu and Bindass in kannada to her credit.

Hansika who has also acted in few Telugu movies and is to make a grand entry in to Tamil with films like Engeyum Kaadhal’ opposite Jayam Ravi (directed by Prabhu Deva), ‘Mappillai’ opposite Dhanush and ‘Velayudham’ opposite Vijay and also in Oru Kal Oru Kannadi opposite Udhayanidhi Stalin, under the direction of Rajesh.

Hansika is currently working for two films in Telugu. She is pairing up with Ram in Kandireega and with Nara Rohit for an untitled film that is being directed by Prakash Tholethi. Paruchuri Kiriti is producing the film under the banner of United Movies.

Lets see with Murder 2, her Bollywood career also pounces back on track!
